Had a decent stay with my partner. The swimming pool was awesome and super relaxing! The staff were super nice and always ready to help. However, both rooms we tried had kind of a funky smell from the bathroom. Great breakfast buffet at the restaurant, though! Overall, location rocks next to the mall!

The hotel’s location was perfect for our family trip to the Palenque ruins. With a great pool and a fun shopping mall connected, my teenagers loved having options right outside our room. The staff was welcoming and the rooms felt thoroughly sanitized.

In my wife’s opinion, more family activity options would be great.

Pool was closed!!! Wifi barely connected!!! The lobby reeks of a musty odor while the bathroom door frame showcases significant corrosion!!! An upgrade is overdue to avoid these basic inconveniences!!!
